Here's an old house that's been remodeled recently with new paint on the walls and some awesome looking flooring. But i'll give some of what might be deal killers upfront. The floors aren't exactly straight. They're bouncy in fact. The windows are old, but we've replaced a couple of them. The ceilings are lower than normal...maybe 7' tall. tall people beware! We don't have HVAC. However, we do have a fairly new window unit that blows heat and air and we should have gas heat installed soon. Now that's out of the way, The location is great. It's a quick shot to local restaurants, school, and work no matter which way you're going. The lawn is good size. Mature pecan trees on the side lot for fresh pecan pies in the fall. Also included is a storage shed to store some extra things.
