Bring your swimsuits in the warmer months to dip in the brook pools and waterfalls a short trail down from the house. Enjoy deer and other wildlife that visit the meadow in front of the deck. Biking, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, skiing, and exploring quaint towns close by adds to the magic of southern Vermont! NO smoking and NO pets - This is a very magical, peaceful, small house that feels much bigger than the 940sq ft of floor space. - Our guests come here for the beautiful, peaceful location and the abilty to work remotely via the very fast WiFi. - Two month lease available up to the 27th of December. Thence 5 month lease available from Jan 2 through May 2024. - We cover the cost of snow plowing, water and electricity and our high speed internet. You provide your pc/laptop/tablets for streaming videos and music. - You get to look forward to getting some exercise in shoveling the snow (the walk way out to your car ) - You should have an all wheel drive vehicle or front wheel drive with studded snow tires to navigate the hill that is plowed and sanded by the town. - You cover the cost of propane for the beautiful gas fireplace stove which is the backup heat souce in the event of a power failure (rare) and the fireplace provides beautiful cozy ambiance. - we are open to discussing various options. -
