Fully furnished with two master suites and a full basement with pool table for entertainment. One master suite on main level. 2 gas fireplaces, full size deck with secure pet area. 2 Bunkbed sets in basement alcove and 2 couch futons for overflow sleeping. Sleeps 12 - 14 comfortably. Plenty of room when planning for next summers family events. Plenty of moose, deer, fox, and birds in our back meadow. 5 or 6 month lease term only between May 1st and October 31st. Single Family tenants only. Utilities are separate. Will have use of garage and all premises. Fully furnished with kitchen utensils, sheets, towels. Tenants will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the house regularly. Will have access to bi-weekly cleaning services if desired, paid by tenant. Non-refundable pet deposit $1000.00.
