LAYOUT: Through the private entrance, guests are greeted by high ceilings and a bright and open living space with views through the French doors to the private garden. This open studio space features a large day bed sofa (converts to king-size sleeper), a king bed sleep option in the upper loft, desk/table, flat screen (wifi access included) comfy chair, complete culinary kitchen, large heated bath with walk-in shower, closet, secure off street parking. BATH: The heated master bath features porcelain tile flooring and a large walk-in shower. Towels, hair dryer, and basic toiletries are provided. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a microwave, convection oven, induction cooking, blender, cookware, dishes, flatware, utensils, and Keurig coffee maker. COMFORT: During temperate Fall and Winter months, the studio is kept cozy and warm with an efficient wood-burning stove, backed by an electric baseboard heat source to regulate temps while away. (Note: All utilities and firewood included.) WHAT'S INCLUDED? Everything you need! This private studio includes all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, WIFI), maintenance, and landscaping. Outdoor enthusiasts will also enjoy exploring the Anacortes Community Forest Lands, Mount Erie scenic lookout and climbing adventures, and hiking trails throughout scenic Washington Park and Deception Pass State Park.
