Cute older home on a quiet residential street. Has a brand new natural gas fire place insert with a remote and a ceiling fan in the living room. This will heat the house without the use of any of the electric baseboard and wall heaters in the house. I've been told by Island Heating that this insert will function even in the event of power outage. There is an eating area with a pass through to the kitchen which has lots of cabinet space for it's size. Just inside the back door there is a laundry room with washer/dryer hookups and a small closet with the hot water heater. There is a fenced back yard, a single car, detached garage and behind the garage there is a heated, small "bonus room" for hobbies or whatever. Also in the back yard is a nice sized, lockable shed. This house is very close to the Christian School, shopping and downtown Oak Harbor. Tenant pays all utilities. No smoking in the house or "bonus room". Pets will be allowed but will require an extra deposit of $500 and an extra "pet rent" to be determined, depending on the pet. Tenant must maintain yard. Military applicants are welcome. Willing to accept a comprehensive, reusable screening report. Felons and sex offenders are not considered.
