Entire house has been deep cleaned. The house has a nice yard and overlooks the West Fork river in Clarksburg. There is on street parking and a shared driveway beside the house that has room to park a car in back of the house. It has a large front porch and small back porch, a full basement with laundry hookups, lots of storage and a finished attic. All bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor. Full and half bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The full bathroom has newer sink and shower faucets and an electric exhaust fan. Newer carpet that has been cleaned on the stairs. New area rugs in 2 of the bedrooms. Curtain rods on every window. It has central air, a whole house electric exhaust fan in the attic, gas furnace, and gas water heater in the basement. No smoking or vaping in the house. No pets. All possible tenants that are contacted by the owner by phone must fill out an application, pass a criminal and financial background check, have proof of employment for at least one year, and a prior rental reference check. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including gas, water, electric, garbage pick up, yard maintenance, and minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs, etc. The lease is for one year minimum and must be signed by all adults.
