This cozy home sits on five acres shared with a second home occupied by the owners. The two homes are on opposite ends of the property, providing privacy and solitude. The home includes kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer but is otherwise unfurnished and ready to make your own! There is ample storage space including a pantry, coat closet, closets in each bedroom, and a large room (could be used as a master) with a walk-in closet, utility closet, and workspace. There is also a shed for tenant(s) to use. There is ample parking (uncovered). This property is pet friendly. The tenant(s) will be responsible for electricity, refuse, internet, cable, and propane. Water comes from the property's private well. This property is 15 minutes south of shopping and amenities. Downtown Santa Fe is only 30 minutes away. The quaint town of Madrid is 15 minutes south. Last month's rent is due at signing. Dogs are allowed; must be 50 lbs. or less and no more than two. Cats are allowed; no more than two. Pet fee is $10 per dog per month; $5 per cat per month. Fee for caged pets will be a one-time fee of $25. No smoking is allowed within the home. Smoking outside is permitted but trash must be properly disposed of. Tenant(s) will be responsible for electricity, propane, refuse, and internet/cable.
