The house is currently setup as a 1-bedroom, 1 office but we have the furniture to set it up as 2 bedroom if that's desired. The space has been loved and cared for with various upgrades including a recently remodeled bathroom and most of the furniture and appliances are new and in great condition. We own the property and are experienced subletters and will leave the home full of usable items (including all cookware, sheets, and everything you need to live comfortably) and our personal items will be moved out of the space (we want it clean and comfortable for you.) The price includes all utilities (gas, electric, trash, wifi, water). 2 to 3 off-street parking spaces. Heating in all rooms. Dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Minisplit in the master bedroom.
