No Smoking: This is a non-smoking rental and will be strictly enforced - that means no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, none of it. Parking: Garage and driveway parking is available for guests. Please try and park directly in front of the house if utilizing street parking. Infants and Children: The space is suitable for children but is not guaranteed to be baby-proof or child-proof. Please inspect the space upon arrival for any hazards. It is your responsibility to watch your children at all times, especially in the pool area. There is no fence around the pool. Bills: The guests have $200 credit for a utility bill per month. All over should be covered by guests. Our house has a solar panel, so don't expect much on electricity. Damage: We understand that accidents happen! If you or your guests break something, we ask that you notify us so that we can arrange it. Liability: The owners of the home do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests' use and occupancy of the vacation rental, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
