Welcome to your private, fully furnished vacation rental located within the gated community of Terra Lago. Come enjoy the best of desert living at this 4BR/2BA hideaway. Home includes a private pool, hot tub, gas fire pit and grill. Inside find a fully stocked kitchen, a seamless layout, and smart TVs in each bedroom. Master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and large walk in closet. 2nd bedroom also has a king bed. 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. 4th bedroom has a queen Murphy cabinet bed. (Can be put away in order to utilize the space for something besides a bedroom.) Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster/convection oven, microwave, oven, and full-sized refrigerator and freezer. Coffee mugs, wine glasses, pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses--everything you need to cook and feed a family! Home is located close to golf, tennis, casinos, 30 minutes from the Palm Springs airport and, 30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, 15 minutes away from Empire Polo Fields--the location of Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals. Enjoy close proximity to restaurants, hiking, museums, outdoor markets, shopping and more! Background and credit check required to book. Rate includes twice weekly pool maintenance, bi-weekly yard service, walk-up trash collection, cable & internet. For rental periods of 1 to 5 months a $250/month utility credit is included in the monthly rate for water, electricity & gas--any utility fee above $250/month will be deducted from the security deposit. For rental periods of 6 or more months, tenants will pay utilities directly. Small dog welcome with additional pet deposit. No smoking anywhere in the home or on the premises. Home has a renter through April, 2024. Please inquire for any term longer than 30 nights, but preference will be given to 3+ month terms. For rental terms of 1 (31 nights or more) to 5 months, a $250/mo utility credit for water, electricity, and gas is included in the rent ($250 total for all utilities combined) and any additional utility costs above and beyond $250 will be paid by tenants. For rental terms of 6 or more months, utilities will be placed in tenant's name and will be paid directly by tenants. Small dog welcome with additional pet deposit of $750 for a 1 month stay or $1000 for 2 - 5 months, $1500 6+ months. Absolutely no smoking/vaping in the home or on the premises. Two cars can park in the garage and two more cars in the driveway--there is no street parking allowed at any time. Rent includes twice weekly pool service (someone will come into the backyard to clean and service the pool every Monday and Thursday), bi-weekly yard maintenance, and weekly walk-up trash service. Also included--internet and cable TV. Every bedroom has its own smart TV with access to Hulu, Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc.--you use your own login to access these networks. This is a family oriented community and noise policies are enforced. Home will be thoroughly cleaned prior to move in and tenants should leave the home in the same condition it was in upon vacating.
