Both Bedrooms have comfy Queen sized platform beds, 50 inch streaming smart TV's in each, dressers, and a sitting area with low wing-back chairs. One of the Bedrooms is equipped with black-out curtains for those folks who like to catch a nap during the day. The flooring in the entire house is brand new vinyl plank. The house is equipped with Internet with a fast speed of 500 bps, and a full-size desk should you need to bring your laptop to catch up on some work or emails. Enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies & Music, HBO, Cinemax, and 125 cable TV channels. Paradise comes with a 2 car Garage with direct access to the House, and a full-size W&D. Home is a super quiet place, but with so much to do behind the gates, Sun City is also a super fun place to do as much or as little as you want. DISCLOSURE: The owner is a licensed real estate agent and mortgage loan originator. The owner may consider hosting your small dog with restrictions for an additional pet deposit. Unfortunately, large breeds and or multiple animals will not be considered. The owner reserves the right to decline any pet if deemed not to be a comfortable fit for the lodging arrangement. Sun City Palm Desert is an adult only community. This is a 30 day day rental only. Owner pays for water, gas, and trash. Regarding electric/AC owner will pay up to $100 dollars of the monthly bill. Any amount above $100 will be deducted from the deposit. Only 1 small dog will be considered. Apologies, but no cats please. Owner reserves the right to refuse any pet. The HOA has a rule that the greenbelt behind the home is not to be used for relieving your pet. There are several dog parks throughout the community.
