This Rancho Mirage oasis is the perfect getaway for a high-season adventure. With a beautiful and spacious backyard, brand-new bathrooms, and an open and welcoming common area, this house is perfect for spending time with loved ones on a family getaway. Located between La Quinta/Coachella Valley and Downtown Palm Springs, the valley is mostly accessible within 25 minutes. The house is also a 5-minute drive from El Paseo downtown, which is filled with shops and restaurants. The lease is meant to cover a seasonal renter. Open to term length/time, but ideally looking to rent from Nov-April/May. Renter must abide by all guidelines outlined in HOA handbook. This includes taking garbage pails in/out in accordance with weekly timelines, respecting noise curfews, and staying in general good standing with neighbors and the community. Owner will pay HOA fees, garbage, landscaping, cable/internet and up to $150 in electricity each month. Renter is responsible for all electricity costs $150 each month. This is a non-smoking home and any renter found in violation of this policy will be charged a $500 cleaning fee. There is parking available both in the driveway and on the street in front of the home. This is a rather quiet block, so finding space should never be an issue.
