Ride to downtown State Street on your electric bike which you can store in the garage. There are two dedicated parking spaces. 30 day minimum. This house is not suitable for toddlers or crawling infants. No pets. Utilities included. Noise ordinance in Santa Barbara is 10 pm. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. No parties or events. Fully furnished. Garage available for storage of luggage and bikes, etc. The house is only available in 2024 for March and April. Tenants are responsible for electric bills exceeding $250/mth.
