There is a separate large glass walled steam shower with bench, heated bathroom floors, water closet with Toto bidet and heated seat. The bathroom leads to the walk in closet. The second bedroom has a California king tempur-pedic mattress from which you can enjoy harbor views while laying in bed. There is also a walk in closet and an alcove with a desk looking out at the ocean. The secluded third bedroom has a queen murphy bed, more ocean views, a large walk in shower and a dedicated office space. All bedrooms have privacy and space from one another as well as access to the expansive backyard. The outdoor covered patio with ceiling fan, heaters for the chilly nights, outdoor speakers and cozy Restoration Hardware seating. Lay by the pool on the chaise lounges and watch the boats and the red tail hawks go by. Off the kitchen is a lovely enclosed courtyard garden with fresh herbs to cook with. When you have finished your day enjoying all that Montecito & Santa Barbara has to offer, come back where you can enjoy a glass of wine on the deck. Choose to dine al fresco or in the dining room which has a lovely large round table with seating for 8. State of the art kitchen with all new Thermador & Miele appliances, double oven with steam oven, induction stove, large island with seating for 4 - all the kitchen appliances you can possibly dream of are hidden away in the appliance garages. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a Scotsman ice maker - so you never have to worry about running out of perfectly clear ice.
