A Beautiful 10 acre estate with its own private driveway leading up to a 3,600 sq. ft. home perched on top of the hill - perfect view of the ski mountain and only 10 minutes away from Downtown yet very secluded and away from everything. house is south facing with huge windows everywhere so house is always nice and warm. you can relax and enjoy days just staying in this property or take hikes straight out of the property - it is magical - look carefully at the pictures to realize in what a scenic spot the house resides in. The upstairs has a very large kitchen and a great room with a large screen TV in the Living room. Also, upstairs, is the master suite with its own private deck facing the continental divide with an unobstructed view. Downstairs there is a larger guest room with its private bathroom, two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a large living room area which serves as a home theatre or children's play area. outside, the house has a huge detached 2,500 square foot garage which can also be used as a gym, workshop etc.. We prefer a one year lease but will entertain a minimum one month stay at a nightly rate of $950. If stay is longer than 3 months, rate will drop to $650 nightly rate. owner pays for HOA fees. all other fees are paid by Renter. If term is shorter than one year, monthly price will increase.
