Lease Duration: The property is available for long-term lease, with a minimum lease term of 12 months. Longer lease terms may also be available and can be discussed upon application. Rent: Rent amount to be paid monthly, due on the first of each month. A late fee will be incurred for payments received after the 5th of each month. Security Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to 3000 is required upon signing the lease agreement. This deposit is refundable at the end of the lease term, subject to any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
