The paint colors are gray and white. The upgraded kitchen includes granite countertops with an under-counter sink and all new cabinets with soft-close hinges and a high-top bar to eat at (no dining room table required). Appliances include a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, and new dishwasher. The house has a brand new central heat and air unit that was replaced in May of 2022, electric water heater, propane gas heater in the living room, and is on a septic tank. An outbuilding is provided, complete with washer/dryer hookups and a sufficient amount of storage. At the back of the yard is a designated fire pit (for yard debris only). The driveway is gravel and includes a carport for one vehicle located at the back door and a rock parking pad for a second vehicle. Deadbolt locks, screen doors, and motion sensor lights are on both the front and back doors with a doorbell at the front. The maximum occupancy for this house is 4. The rent amount includes services for water and garbage pick-up. Electricity for the house is through Georgia Power, a propane gas tank is on the property, Dish Network and DirecTV are both available in Smithville. AT&T is the prominent internet service provider, but 5G is available for home internet. Verizon Wireless and Straight Talk work well in Smithville and the surrounding areas. No pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed. The lease is for a minimum of one year. Smithville is conveniently located in Lee County, approximately 15 minutes from Leesburg to the south and Americus to the north.
