This home is conveniently located by the Wahoos stadium (~15 min walk), palafox street downtown (also ~15 min walk), and just a 5 minute walk to Renfroe Pecans and Joe Patti's! You'll have stainless steel appliances which includes a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The front and back yard are fenced-in so your pets can safely enjoy the outdoors without worrying about them being on leash! It's the perfect sized home for a small family and their pets (pets not required). Renter is responsible for all utilities (sewer, water, trash/recycling, electricity, and cable/internet). Pets are definitely allowed! We charge a one-time fee of $200 per pet (non-refundable). Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Renter is responsible for upkeep of the lawn (mowing, raking, etc) and should keep the inside and outside in a relatively presentable manner as required by the city.
