Open floor plan with plenty of space. Fully fenced in back yard with a fire pit for those relaxing nights. Rear patio is screened in. Has a nice size 2 car garage where the storm shutters are kept. Laundry room between kitchen and garage separated by doors. Master bedroom is spacious with a nice sized master bath. Master bath has a walk in closet, nice tub to relax in or hop into the shower. Master bath also has his & her sinks. Roof was just installed in 2021. Appliances replaced around the same time. 9 mile is right around the corner for all your shopping and dining needs. Walmart is roughly 5 minutes away, with a dollar general nearby as well. Small pets up to 40lbs, no more than 3 pets. There is a $250 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. None of the utilities are included in the rent. Tenant must have water, sewage, garbage, electricity and cable/Wi-Fi in their name. No smoking inside the home. Tenants must maintain the lawn accordingly. If tenant moves in early, rent will be prorated. If the HOA sends violation the tenant is responsible for correcting them. If this is not done and the HOA send violation fees, the tenant is responsible for paying said fees. In the event any service for repairs or damages are requested, there will be a $100 service charge if it is found to be caused by the tenants neglect or abuse. In the case the damages are greater than $100 the tenant is responsible for these fees. Tenant is required to replace air condition filters on a monthly basis or, as needed. In the event the tenant terminated the lease early, they are subject to take on the responsibility of the remaining rents balance at a prorated fee. Under no circumstances is the tenant allowed to sublease. Anyone 18+ years old must be on the lease.
