WALK TO THE BEACH! 1-6 MONTH FURNISHED RENTAL This lovingly furnished, charming Carmel By The Sea cottage is a short walk to Carmel's downtown with its myriad selection of shops, restaurants, farmer's market, Bruno's market and less than a mile walk to the beach. It is in the sunny part of town, frequently above the fog line. Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on the kitchen deck where you might have a friendly visit from our blue jay neighbors. The home has two, private, separated guest suites. The master bedroom and bathroom are up a half flight of stairs from the main living space. It boasts original art and a hand painted, artisan, king size bed. The bath has a tub/shower combination. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed which can be converted into two twins and a flat screen tv with Apple TV box. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, Electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer and garbage disposal. The living room has a couch, love seat, flat screen tv with Apple TV box and a DVD player. The adjacent dining area has seating for 4 with a marble table in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Large round terrazzo table for outdoor dining on the side of house. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the garage. A single car garage (steep driveway may be challenging to some cars), ample parking for two cars in front of the house. Current excellent credit report required. No pets, no animals, no smoking. $4250. per month for a 6 month lease beginning the November 12, 2023. Security deposit of $4250. No smoking, no pets, no animals. Tenant pays for $300. Per month for water, gas and electric. Any monthly overages will be billed to tenant(s). $300. Basic Cleaning fee. If deep cleaning is required, it will be taken out of tenant's deposit.
