Our home can be found on the most secluded street and adjacent to Desert Hills Golf Course with many neighboring medical professionals. -Direct access to Friendship Park w/outdoor fitness & tennis courts -Direct access to walking/biking path along Yuma's canal system where you will find incredible sunsets & birds exploring their natural habitat -Within 5 minutes to many restaurants and shopping -2 miles to YRMC -3 miles to Yuma Airport -5 miles to MCAS Other Things to Note -All utilities & wifi are included, including heating the spa on a per use basis ($500-800/mo value) -Heating the pool is not currently available -Pool/spa is right outside back door. Children must be supervised at all times when in/around the pool area. -Professional pool cleaning & landscaping is provided by owner - Minimum 30 day lease. - Fully furnished and equipped as a luxury home - All utilities ($500-$700/mo value) included - Wifi/TV Streaming (Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney, Hulu) is included. - Heating spa on a PER USE bases included - Heating pool is currently unavailable - Garage (3 cars) parking is available - Professional pool & spa cleaning & landscaping is provided - Guest must be willing to sign a separate Rental Agreement and provide an image of a valid picture ID for stays 30+ days - $1500 refundable damage deposit - $250 non-refundable move-out clean - Small dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis. There is a $250 non-refundable pet-fee (if applicable). - Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years - No parties or events allowed - No smoking inside the property. No illegal substances anywhere. - Keep home & furnishings in good & sanitary condition & repair - Follow all host check in/out instructions and pool & spa rules - Any children at the property must be supervised at all times when outside in the pool area.
