The application fee is $50 and may be found online at BirminghamHomeLeasing.com. Property viewings are provided through Rently self-guided tours, from 7am to 6pm, 7 days a week. Minimum requirements for Lease Application Approval include, but are not limited to: (1) a FICO Score 8 three Bureau average of at least 600; (2) your annual gross income must be at least $62,820; (3) the total of all your monthly payment obligations including the rent for this property cannot exceed 43% of your gross income; (4) the total of all delinquencies in your Credit Report can not equal or exceed the amount of one month's rent. Subleasing and cosigning is strictly prohibited. No more than one vehicle allowed. PET POLICY: No dangerous breed dogs, no dogs over 25 pounds when mature, no more than 2 dog, and no cats. The one-time pet fee shall be $250. The School information provided by Rently, Zillow and other websites is not to be considered reliable.
