I am taking applications now and begin the screening process. I will contact with tour dates once available. I plan to have the house ready to move in either the 2nd half of November or December 1st. Recently remodeled and a great layout. Granite counter tops. Laminate wood flooring throughout most of the house. The house has a whole house fan, which helps in the summer to mitigate utility costs. Great neighborhood. Lawn and pest control included. The backyard is good sized and neighborhood is quiet with minimal through traffic. Easy access to G street, which will lead you to UC Merced, Mercy Hospital, and shopping/dining in town. Walking access to the Bear Creek bike/walking trail. I pay for the lawn and pest control services. You pay all other utilities. Rent is due at the first of each month. Rent is considered late as of the 5th with a penalty assessed each day it's late.
