Rent includes utilities and wifi with a cap. Up to two small dogs are allowed, pending size and breed approval and must have previous references. No other animals are allowed. This home is perfect for traveling professionals and those that want to split space as 2 of the 3 rooms have en suite bathrooms. All occupying parties MUST be approved. Pets are $200/ month additional. Guest will be responsible for departure cleaning cost based on length of stay. No smoking, vaping, drug use in/at this home. Driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. This is a short term, month to month rental and each additional month rented is contingent upon inspection of the property. Bi-weekly lawn and yard care is included in the price.
