It's been renovated with new flooring, updated paint, new carpet in the bedrooms, and updated tiling in the kitchen. Each room has a large antique window that lets in a beautiful amount of light, especially in the mornings. The two bedrooms both have good sized closets, and one of the bedroom has built in shelves for storing books, clothing, trinkets, or whatever you'd need it for. There is one full bathroom with a tub. The kitchen is spacious with a gas stove, refrigerator, and room to set up a work space. The front living room is large and has lovely views of the mountains out the front window. The large front porch will serve as your outdoor living space, as there isn't a backyard to the house. There is street parking out front. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we're about 5 minutes from downtown and even less from OCC. Rent is $1900 a month and utilities, trash, and internet are included. Deposit will be equal to a full month's rent ($1900) Pets considered on a case by case basis, although we would prefer a renter with either a cat or no pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Applicants must fill out the Zillow application, credit check, and background check before touring the home.
