Practically magical fully furnished home. Each level is nearly a complete home (minus stove on lower level.) Lovely views above and below including the San Francisco Bay. Very private and quiet although a mere 2 minute drive to the I-80. For people who love nature it's a few homes down from an entrance to Alvarado Park - the upper section of Wildcat Canyon which connects directly to Tilden Park in Berkeley. Sweeping views. Uncluttered but with interesting decorative touches. It's in the fog belt which though sunny, most days keeps cooler than most of the Bay Area. Although it's address is in San Pablo, it's a rather hidden area that is up in the hills and almost country like, but still a hop to Berkeley and San Francisco. There's a sturdy washer and dryer. A great stove. Two decks, actually a third off the kitchen. A large yard that is full of native plants. Very chill neighborhood. The lease can be made for 1-6 months. It can be extended up to a year. Utilities are included though I ask that you turn out the lights when not in use, generally be a good steward. I'm open to pets but would like an additional conversation and refundable deposit. Careful vape and smoking can go on out on the decks only but would prefer non users. There are two driveway spots and plenty of street parking.
