Lease is through July 31, 2024. Tenants pay all utilities. One dog 20 lbs. or less will be considered, must be approved prior to moving in. Dog must be housetrained, and can not be a dangerous breed. Dog must also have a crate to stay in when tenant is away. No cats, no puppies. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00.
