The town of Fairplay (South Park) is 10 min away where you'll find the Ace Hardware, supermarkets, a brewery, a wineries, gas stations, and various restaurants ! Fairplay is also home to the Park County Offices and the South Park Recreation Center with a heated indoor pool ! Please check google map for location. We are 1 hour from Frisco or Silverthrone, 1 hour 10 min from Copper, 1.5 hour to Vail or Beaver Creek. You can also get to Crested Butte in about 2 hr 15 min. If you need to commute over the Vail pass, it is probably too far and not for you. Vail pass closes frequently during snowstorm and you can't expect to be able to work in Avon/Vail and live on the other side of Vail pass. No cats or dogs or pets. Sorry, that's not negotiable.
