This is a great small family home with a large backyard and back deck. The property is walking distance to downtown Castle Rock where you can sit at a coffee shop, grab lunch with a friend, or have an amazing date night with your significant other! The interior of the home was repainted in 2021, there are hardwood floors in the main living areas and new carpet (2021) in the bedrooms. Some cosmetic updates have also been made to the home such as updated kitchen cabinet hardware, painted bathroom cabinets, updated bathroom hardware, and more!
