Less than 1 block from the 4 Blue and 5 Green bus lines. To set up a viewing, please contact us and provide the following information: (1) Are you a full-time student or are you employed? (We need to make sure that you will be able to pay rent) (2) Have you rented in the Champaign-Urbana area, or elsewhere, before? (We ask now because we will need a reference later) (3) Is there anything negative that a credit score and/or background check would reveal? (We will conduct these checks for serious applicants) This is a non-smoking home. Owner pays for trash and water. Tenant pays for electric and internet. We can rent it unfurnished or partially furnished, please let us know your needs. Some pets may be okay (e.g. caged pets), while others are not (i.e. pets that can cause damage, like puppies), so please inquire (additional deposit/fee may apply).
