We love this home and are looking for people who will respect and enjoy it as much as we have. Freshly painted with new appliances and beautiful hardwood floors. Fully landscaped front and back with sprinkler system. Half a mile to the Platte River waves and trail, 1 mile to the Englewood light rail station. This neighborhood has virtually no crime! Brand new $1 million dollar South Suburban park and jungle gym one block away. Walkable to "Mikes Cafe" which is our absolute favorite breakfast joint. Master bedroom has walk-in closet. Lockable storage shed in back. Very kind neighbors who look out for one another! Renter pays utilities: water, gas, sewer, internet, trash and electric. House is on solar (paid off), so electric bills are very low if anything! Absolutely no smoking. Pets are OK! Any damage from pets will be taken out of deposit (and paid for by tenant if it exceeds deposit). There is garage, driveway, and street parking. Availability starts Jan 8th so we will pro-rate the first month. Deposit is still a full months rent. We live close by and are available.
