*The house is available to rent 11/3-12/31* Welcome to our little slice of paradise in the heart of Panama City Beach. Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located in a private, gated community. You will love the open design living area, fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, high-end washer and dryer, and central AC. You'll enjoy plenty of entertainment options with three smart TVs. Curl up for a nap on the king bed in the primary suite or chat with friends and family on the front patio. The bunk room is perfect for kids or guests. Catch some rays by one of our two community swimming pools or take a four minute drive to the beach - it's just a mile away! Shopping and dining are also close by with Pier Park just 10 minutes away. We've also got parking for 2 cars on the driveway, as well as a one-car garage so you can easily store all your gear. Come enjoy Panama City Beach at its best with us at our boho beach house! The home is available for rent with parking, lawn care, and trash included. Pets are allowed, but will require an additional $250 refundable deposit and $100 pet cleaning fee. This is strictly a non-smoking property. Cleaning fee of $250 applies. Requirements to rent include a background check, credit check, income verification, and signing a lease.
