This charming cabin is less than 1 mile from the Trout Creek Recreation Center, 1.5 miles from the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, and 1.2 miles from Tahoe Donner Cross Country Skiing. Property Features: Location: Less than 1 mile from Trout Creek Recreation Center, 1.5 miles from Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, and 1.2 miles from Tahoe Donner Cross Country Skiing. Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms plus a loft. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms, each with a tub and shower on each floor. Sleeping Capacity: Comfortably sleeps 11. Families with children are very welcome! Main Living Area: Open floor plan with retro vibes, wood-burning fireplace, kitchen with counter seating, and a dining table. Entertainment: 2 flatscreen TVs (one upstairs and one downstairs) and internet access. Laundry: Washer and dryer in the home. Outdoor Space: Large deck on the front of the cabin and a circular driveway with ample parking. Family-Friendly: The cabin is family-friendly, and families with kids are welcome. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Ski Resort Access: Conveniently located near Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort and the #5-ranked cross-country ski center in North America. Amenities: Rental includes guest passes for paid access to Tahoe Donner amenities, including the Trout Creek Recreation Center with a hot tub, pool, gym, and snow play area. Lease Details: Term: Flexible five-month minimum starting from November 1st or later. Rent: $4,000 monthly, plus a $3,500 refundable security deposit.
