Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch house is in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Glenshire, Truckee. The living room and the kitchen are open. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom, and the second full bathroom is in the hallway. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in a laundry room. There is also a closet for coats next to the entrance. There is a small deck on the side of the house, looking over a trail in the backyard and there is a storage/workshop room in the basement. There are 3 parking spaces in the circular driveway. The house is surrounded by hiking and biking trails and within 30 minutes of Lake Tahoe, Northstar, Boreal, Sugar Bowl, Donner Ski Ranch, and cross-country skiing centers. Renter is responsible for the utilities and snow removal.
