It's .7 tenths of a mile (including trail route option) to Trout Creek Recreational Center (gym, pools, jacuzzis) and just a little further for the tennis center, cross country ski area, cycling and equestrian areas, etc. The home has a new en-suite master bathroom (2022) with double shower and clawfoot tub; new flooring for most of house (2021), new spiral loft staircase and new fixtures (2022). 2-car garage with EV charger. Driveway can accommodate up to four more cars (tandem in sets of two). The home is partially furnished now and can be less furnished or fully furnished depending on the need. House layout The upper part of the house consists of the master bedroom with newly renovated en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs is the large loft (complete privacy from main floor, but not sound-proofed to the main floor below). The third bedroom and bathroom are downstairs at the garden level. When sealed off from the main house, this is a one-bed, one-bath ADU. The bedroom consists of a bunk bed with a king bed below/twin bed above, and the couch in the living room which can pull out into a king memory foam mattress as well. Important note: The one-bed, one-bath ADU is separated by an internal staircase going down from the dining room and a door at the bottom, so if that door is open it's connected to the main house, or if it's sealed, it's an ADU (accessory dwelling unit).
