HOUSEKEEPING: Monthly housekeeping services included (2 hours per month) SNOW REMOVAL: Driveway snowplow services are estimated and limited to contract terms. The actual cost may be adjusted when the plow contract is on file for the season. Snow removal (shoveling) required to gain access to the rental (via walkways, stairs, etc.) must be maintained by the Tenant. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Parking may be limited to 2-3 cars depending on snow levels. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Comfortable ranch style home located in Agate Bay. This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home has sleeping arrangements for up to 10 adults including the sleeper sofa pull-out in the living room. The home has dining space for 8, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and a large wood burning fireplace for chilly Tahoe nights. Home has satellite television in the living area as well as wireless internet. The master suite had a queen bed, double door closet and a private bathroom with shower. The next bedroom sleeps 4 in 2 sets up bunk beds (4 singles total). The third and final bedroom is near the front of the house and has a double/full bed. Off the hallway is an over sized full bathroom with tub-shower combo and bright vanity. Check-in directly at property using a lock box. There's also a 1 car garage to keep your car snow free on snowy winter days! Home is centrally located near Carnelian Bay's shops, marina, restaurants and beaches.
