The home is in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Auburn next to the canyon and is within walking distance to downtown to enjoy restaurants and Farmers' Market. The shared yard is beautifully landscaped with rock terraces with many outdoor sitting areas surrounded by mature pines, oaks, and charming outdoor mood lighting. You will have your private outdoor dining area to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Auburn is a quaint old gold mining town that is a thriving community and is the gateway to the American River outdoor experience. It is a lovely place with many restaurants, shops, theaters, events, art and crafts, walking, hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, and rafting. It is also known as the endurance capital of the world. And of course, let us not forget about the many microbreweries and wineries nearby. This space is available for one month only. No cigarettes, marijuana, other drugs, parties, or subleasing to roommates. No more than two cars. The house is fully furnished and there is no extra space for furniture or storage of furniture. Two apartments below the house are rented out. The shared backyard is perfect for relaxing and has many places to sit and enjoy the outdoors.
