The gated backyard is large with potential to grow a garden for those with green thumbs. It is also great space for gatherings and outdoor barbecues. The front yard is an open space with access to the pond and creek located at the bottom of the property. There are many oak trees, tall pine trees, and almond trees located on the property. On the side of the house, there is a sports court that can be utilized for playing basketball, volleyball or hockey. Because this is a country home, the water comes from a well. Central heater, and AC, as well as a swamp cooler. There is also a pellet stove located downstairs in the living room. The property owners live at the bottom of the property in a casita.
