This home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath about 1,200 square feet. The home features an open kitchen, granite countertops, vinyl plank floors throughout and fenced in back yard. The rent is $1,700 with a $1,700 deposit. The lease will be at least one year. We require the security deposit after being accepted and a full first months rent due at move in. The next month will be prorated. We do not accept section 8 All residents over the age of 18 must complete an application. Income must be at lease 3 times the monthly rent.
