Furnished, but can move things out if you have your own to bring. The back yard is fenced in and has a fire place, a propane grill, lots of extra fire wood, and small ADU. There are 4 raised garden beds in the back (could use some TLC) and a covered deck. There is a washer/dryer in the house and dishes and cookware in the kitchen. The garage is a single car detached and has a work bench ready for any project. This house is on the bench, close to a bus stop, directly on a bike rout to downtown, and close to the airport. All Utilities are included. There are two queen beds and frames, a couch, table, and kitchen items. I can move the furniture out if you have your own, I'm flexible with arrangements.
