Must be rented for a minimum of 30 days, maximum of 4 months. Owner pays all utilities. Renter is responsible for snow shoveling/removal. No smoking. Dogs considered on a case by case basis and then only with landlord approval and a substantial pet deposit. Off street parking in driveway.
