Two men and a dog live in the residence keep in mind this is a room rental not a house rental. We pay all expenses i.e bills and streaming services such as Amazon prime, Netflix, and HBO max. there are currently two men and a dog living here. You will have to get your own food, food and groceries are not included. Smoking is fine as long as it is done outside only. You're only renting out a room with everything that I included in the description that comes along with it.
