Welcome to the Sonder Suite: a fully furnished studio tiny house nestled on a beautiful property located in Mary Esther, FL. Two minute drive to Hurlburt Field AFB, 20 minute drive to Eglin AFB, 10 minute drive to Okaloosa Island public beaches. The guesthouse boasts a full kitchen and bathroom with modern finishes. The sliding glass door leads you out to back patio with bistro dining set. Moreover, all furnishings and utilities/wifi are included. Relax and unwind at this unique property lined with palms and tropical plants with everything you need for your home away from home. In addition, we are pet friendly! (extra $100/month per pet). Ideally looking for stays of 30+ days in September-March. Available beginning October 24th, 2023. We live in the main home located on the back of the property and are available should you need something during your stay but the entire tiny home is all yours! All utilities, furnishings, and paper products to get you started are included. $2400/month + $150 cleaning fee. We are pet friendly but do charge an extra $100/month per pet. Parking is located directly in front of the tiny home for one car. Looking for stays of 30+ days September- March but bookings less than 30 days are allowed the other months.
