HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS! Looking for a tenant who will love our home as much as we do! Is that you!? From busy Boise Avenue, you enter into the quiet, laid back, peaceful subdivision of Boise Village. This proximity to major roads, schools, restaurants, and gas stations make the location desirable. Blue Azurite is a refreshing mix of young families, couples, and retired folks. Plenty of people take advantage of walking the one-mile neighborhood loop by themselves, with dogs, or with their family. Pulling into the driveway, you immediately notice a clean front yard, attached garage, large front window, the adorable "porthole" window, a quaint porch, and a cute lamppost out front. You walk through the red, front door and a semi-open floor plan greets you, backlit by a good amount of natural light. You head for the stairs. On the second floor, down a wide hallway, you start with the primary bedroom which boasts an en-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo) and walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms, washer/dryer (they stay), linen closet, and the second full bathroom (tub/shower combo) are also located on the second floor. Hardwood floors throughout; tile in the bathrooms. You return downstairs and enter the living room which has an operating gas fireplace, a lit-up cut-out above the mantle, and coat closet. You also see the kitchen (appliances stay), half-bath, pantry, and sliding doors that lead out to a patio and fenced-in backyard. Hardwood floors throughout; tile in the bathroom. Taking the last set of stairs to the finished basement, you will find another large living room, a decent-size storage closet, the fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower, no tub), and water heater/furnace room (which would allow for small storage space). If there are pets, we would be charging a $300 pet deposit which is due at the same time of first month's rent and security deposit. This is a one-time, all-inclusive fee for all pets. This pet fee is refundable, BUT ONLY DEPENDENT ON THE POST-LEASE WALK-THROUGH AND EVALUATION OF ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY SAID PET(S). We are the house's second owner. Owner will pay the monthly HOA dues. In addition to the base rent, tenant will pay for gas, water, utilities, internet, any exterior bug spraying, changes in trash or recycle bin size, publications delivered, any damages incurred by setting up holiday decorations or TV satellites. No painting allowed.
