This proximity to major roads, schools, restaurants, and gas stations make the location desirable. Blue Azurite is a refreshing mix of young families, couples, and retired folks. Plenty of people take advantage of walking the one-mile neighborhood loop by themselves, with dogs, or with their family. On the second floor, down a wide hallway, you start with the primary bedroom which boasts an en-suite bathroom (tub/shower combo) and walk-in closet. You return downstairs and enter the living room which has an operating gas fireplace, a lit-up cut-out above the mantle, and coat closet.
