This single family, two-story historic home has an interior front sun porch, an inviting exterior front porch with porch swing, a side patio, and a detached garage. It is one block from downtown Crawfordsville, the Saturday morning Farmers Markets, and Wabash College. It has formal living and dining rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, all original hardwood floors and woodwork, a fireplace, washer and dryer hookups on the main level, newer replacement windows, full basement, attic, back porch and a small yard. Current pictures show the house with carpet, but carpet has been removed and we are refinishing the hardwood floors. Updated pictures will be provided when the floors have been completed. At that time, we will require a completed online rental application to be submitted to us at HoosierLandlord.com prior to a tour inside the house. We anticipate the house will be ready for a new renter on November 1, 2023. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, with any approved pets requiring an additional, non-refundable pet deposit of $350. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. We prefer a one year lease but may also consider a shorter term rental (6 months).
