The functional floor plan includes a master bedroom with a king size bed, attached full bathroom, and a desk and office chair. The second bedroom holds a queen bed plus a second queen bed in the loft (ladder access). The loft also has an additional smart TV. The second full bath is located off the living room. This home is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked and accommodating for longer stays. Among the appliances provided, there's a wine/beverage refrigerator, gas oven with air fry feature, and a Kitchen Aid mixer. An outdoor grill is located on the deck for your use. The mud room offers ski storage and gear storage. Guests also have access to 160 sq feet of lockable storage located on the premises for larger toys such as bikes. The expansive driveway allows for up to 3 cars. $4500 for the month of November only; $1500 refundable deposit. All utilities included. A signed one month lease agreement is required for November and $6000 due at the signing of lease. $250 cleaning fee upon move out. NO SMOKING. One well behaved dog will be considered; no cats.
