Spacious, 3-bedroom home with a fenced in backyard pool on a corner lot in a great subdivision within minutes of I-10 and Scenic Highway. - Renter is responsible for all utilities, cable/internet, lawncare, rental insurance (if desired). - Owner will pay for pool cleaning and maintenance and dwelling only home owners insurance. - Lease is 6 months with possibility of extending. - $250 pet fee per pet. - Large dogs / indoor only cats may be considered. - No changes to property or home without consent of owner. - No smoking inside the house. - Rental application will need to be completed before consideration. - Owner will be replacing the roof and possibly the windows. We understand this may present a disruption to the renter. All efforts will be to minimize disruption. Prior notice will be provided.
