This ideal 1938 Magnolia Home is in the charming heart of the historical East Hill area. It is centrally located, which makes it easy to plan your visit. It has all the modern conveniences with a unique vintage vibe. Just a block from the 23-acre Bayview Park where you can enjoy walking, running, working out, tennis, water activities, a dog park/beach, and a picnic. We are just 5 minutes from downtown, 8 miles from the beach, and close to the airport, navy base, and many wonderful restaurants. This home is fully furnished with all utilities included. It is turn-key and ready for your stay. There are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. One bedroom has a king bed with an extra room with an office/vanity desk. The other bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two luggage racks for the bedrooms and a designated desk in each bedroom. The kitchen has updated appliances and is FULLY equipped with everything you need. It has a gas stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, an extra big refrigerator, Keurig, drip coffee maker, and lots of cabinets for food storage. The stackable washer and dryer is at the end of the kitchen next to the back door. The back door leads out to the back deck, which has a picnic table with an umbrella and plenty of yard space. There is an ironing board and iron available and the living area has a reclining leather loveseat. There is also a whole home generator at this home, so if the power goes out due to weather it will kick on automatically. We are dog-friendly, but would like to talk to you about your dog first. This is in a great location to have your dog and a big backyard to let them roam. Lastly, if not having a TV in each bedroom is a game changer please reach out and we may be able to accommodate that need. There is another rental on the property that is separated by a privacy fence in the backyard. This is the guesthouse that we call The Bluebird Cottage. Both are completely private and separated from each other. The Magnolia Home gets driveway access ONLY (2 cars max), while the guesthouse has street parking only. You will share the main garbage cans, but that's it. We ask that both guests respect one another by abiding by the quiet hours. There are electric VEO bikes and scooters around the neighborhood to rent. You mostly find them @ the many parks in the neighborhood. The TV has a Roku stick, but you will need to log into your own apps for access. The TV cabinet is full of movies with a DVD player. Extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are under the bed for each bedroom. To get you started...I provide 2 laundry pods, dishwashing soap and hand soap, 4 coffee pods, tea bags, one body bar of soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 roll of paper towels during your stay. There is a Publix 5 minutes away to pick up more items. There are two security cameras attached to the main house that face the driveway and street. No other cameras are on the premises. Some fun things to do: Enjoy Bayview Park, Pensacola Beach, Perdido Key Beach, Palafox Market, Downtown Pensacola, Naval Museum, the Blue Angels, Blue Wahoo game, or an Ice Flyers game depending on the season. There are so many good restaurants in the area as well... -All utilities are covered by the owner and the home is fully furnished. -We allow only up to two dogs, but only after we have talked about the dogs and their behavior. -All leases can be anywhere from 1 month to 6 months. -If renting 1 to 3 months there is a refundable deposit of $500 dollars. If you are renting 4 to 6 months the refundable deposit is $1,000. -There is a $250 cleaning fee that is nonrefundable. -Rent is due on the first of each month, preferably through Venmo or whatever is agreed upon. -Access to the backyard will be needed at times for yard maintenance, ect... but we will communicate those times with you. -You will share the main garbage cans with whoever is in the guesthouse, but that's it. We ask that you make sure the garbage cans go out on pickup days. -There is a privacy fence in the backyard between the house and the guesthouse, so it is very private. -We do not allow large parties on the premises. -No smoking of any kind or lighting candles inside the home. -We will have a lease made up and signed by both parties sent through Docusign. -Once the lease is signed, the deposit and cleaning fee must be made immediately.
