Bright and open studio layout with plenty of natural light. The guesthouse has it's private and separate entrance at the back of the house. Recently renovated with modern hardwood flooring to give a warm and inviting feel. The space comes with a queen bed equipped with soft-linens (100% cotton) and cozy comforter. The guesthouse suite is about 1350 square feet of flexible space. Working remotely? The space has HIGH-SPEED WI-FI There is an assigned spot on the driveway for guest parking. Guests enter from the side of the house to the patio in the back. Entrance to the guesthouse is through a private patio door with lock.
