Silver Beach is just a minute down the road - use our beach pass for free parking. This home was completely renovated in the last year - refinished hardwood floors, new energy-efficient windows and window treatments, new electrical, new AC/furnace, new lighting and ceiling fans, lots of natural light, smart thermostat. Beds and bedding are new. Stainless steel appliances - microwave, dishwasher, new refrigerator, gas oven, disposal. Washer and dryer in the clean basement. There is a dedicated workspace/sunporch separated by a door on the 1st floor and the 2nd floor sunporch could be used as a second workspace, also separated by doors. Enjoy the deck with a grill and patio table that seats 8, huge backyard, basketball hoop. A separate outdoor seating area has nice wicker furniture under a pergola. Beach chairs and carts, basketball, lawn games, firepit, bikes can be enjoyed with family and friends. The driveway holds at least 4 cars with an additional car in the garage. This property is available to rent for 30 days or more, I've set it as a 1 month lease to show the minimum. We prefer a minimum lease of 3+ months. Owner can pay all the bills and include in renter's costs. $300 cleaning fee upon move out.
